THE CONTRACT

This is the exact contract I sign with my own clients, developed through years of real negotiations and hard-won experience in creative work. Scope creep, refund demands, disappearing payments, and all the “just one more thing” requests that come after the deal is closed — I've seen it all.

Your language upgrade. No more explaining what’s included. Now you can simply say, “Please refer to the contract,” and sound like a professional.

Lawyer-friendly:
This template bridges the gap between creative work and legal review. Lawyers appreciate its clear structure and industry-specific clauses: roles, technical terms, revisions, and real workflow issues — so you can bring it to your legal advisor and get relevant, efficient feedback, instead of wasting time explaining your job.

I’m sharing this because creatives get taken advantage of far too often. This is your protection. Use it.
