Products and Delivery All products are digital. Instant products (PDF files, contracts, guides) are delivered immediately after successful payment. Pre-order products (e.g. Click-to-Pro video course) are delivered within the timeframe announced on the product page. By purchasing a pre-order product you explicitly accept the delivery schedule.2. No Refunds, No Chargebacks, No Disputes All sales are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made and access or files are delivered (or pre-order period begins), you waive any right to refund, cancellation, chargeback or dispute. Any chargeback, payment reversal or dispute filed with your bank, payment provider or third party will be considered a material breach of these Terms. You agree to reimburse the seller for all costs incurred in defending such action, including chargeback fees, legal fees, administrative costs and lost revenue.3. License You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials solely for your own professional purposes. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, copying, recording, modifying, distributing or commercially exploiting any part of the content.4. Intellectual Property All materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.5. Access to Communities and Courses Access to private Telegram groups, video courses or any other content may be revoked without refund if you violate group rules, share content, act inappropriately or breach these Terms.6. Limitation of Liability and Results The materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Irina Lis Costanzo is not responsible for how you apply the information. No guarantees are made regarding income, business results, recognition or any other outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results.7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the seller’s jurisdiction. You waive any right to bring claims in your own country.8. Changes to Terms The seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Return policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of the products, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal (including the 14-day cooling-off period under Italian consumer law) as soon as the digital content is delivered or the pre-order delivery period begins.

No refunds, cancellations, chargebacks or disputes are accepted for any reason.

Delivery

• Instant digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment.

• Pre-order products (e.g. Click-to-Pro course) are delivered within the announced timeframe. By purchasing you accept this schedule and waive any right to cancel or request refund due to timing.

By purchasing you agree to the following prohibitions:

• It is strictly forbidden to record, screen-record, photograph, screenshot, copy, duplicate or extract any part of the content (videos, contracts, moodboards, materials, etc.).

• It is strictly forbidden to share, forward, upload, distribute, sell, lend or make available any part of the products to any third party, including on social media, cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, etc.), forums, Telegram channels or any other platforms.

• It is strictly forbidden to use any automated tools, bots or software to download, copy or archive the content.

• Any attempt to circumvent technical protection measures or share access credentials is prohibited.

Consequences of Violation Any breach of these rules will result in:

• Immediate and permanent revocation of access to all products and communities without refund.

• Termination of license.

• Full liability for damages, including legal fees and lost profits of the seller.

• Possible legal action for copyright infringement under Italian and international law.

Technical Responsibility You are solely responsible for downloading and securely storing the files within the validity period of the download links (30 days). After this period no replacement will be provided. The seller is not responsible for any loss of files due to your actions or technical issues on your side.

Support Technical support is provided only within 7 days of delivery. After this period no further assistance is guaranteed.
